Delivery and Returns

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

 

We offer Standard delivery with Australia post for a flat rate of $10.  Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery of your parcel. This time is an estimation and we are not liable for any delays. When available, we also offer the option of Express Shipping with Australia post. Your items are recommended to arrive within 1-2 business days. We recommend providing a daytime residential or business address where someone will be available to sign between 9am—5pm, Monday— Friday. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers. There is no redirection service therefore if no one is available to sign for your parcel it will be left at your shipping address. By accepting our terms of sale, you are giving Acler the authority to leave the parcel at your specified address.

 

We offer:

  • When available, we also offer Express delivery $20 (1—2 business days, all orders dispatched within 48 hours-72 hours) 
  • All Orders over $300 receive FREE standard delivery (within Australia only)
  • All orders are dispatched within 48—72 business hours and customers will be notified when their order is dispatched, if an email address has been provided.

 SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

 

We offer worldwide express shipping using to international customers for a flat fee of $40. Please be aware that all Acler prices and payments are made in Australian Dollar currency. We recommend providing a daytime residential or business address where someone will be available to sign between 9am—5pm, Monday— Friday. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

 

We offer:

  •  $40AUD flat rate shipping (1-7 business days depending on your location)
  • All orders are dispatched within 48-72 business hours and customers will be notified when their order is dispatched if an email address has been provided.

Please be advised that all orders are dispatched from Australia. There may be shipping delays during busy periods and holidays.

If you choose not to accept the parcel and return to sender, any return shipping charges and taxes incurred will be at the customers expense.

TAXES AND DUTIES

 

Some international shipments can be subject to customs and import duties once they reach their destination.

Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate what these charges will be, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

In these circumstances, Acler does not take responsibility for paying any taxes/duties charges. All fees/charges are the customers responsibility.

 

RETURNS

 

We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to make a return. Please note that all returns must be sent back to our Australian return location.

Items must be returned within 14 days (Australian orders) and 28 days (orders outside of Australia) of the shipment date. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

Please note: We do not accept return/refund of SALE items. We do not offer exchange of garments. 

Use of a discount code on a full priced item is not classed as SALE, unless it is used on a SALE item.

All returns shipping costs incurred for returning an Acler item are at the customers expense, unless an item is deemed faulty.

Once orders have been placed they are unable to be cancelled. You will need to receive the parcel and arrange a return.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Please clearly fill out the returns form enclosed in your order, or you can download a copy here
  2. Please send your return garments back with your filled out returns form to:

RTS-If you choose not to accept the parcel within Australia and return to sender a $20 postage and handling fee will be deducted from the refund. RTS-If you chose to not accept the parcel internationally and return to sender all taxes/fees, return shipping and customs will be deducted off the refund

 

IMPORTANT RETURNS INFORMATION

Please Ensure all items are returned in their original condition – unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached. Once a tag is removed from a garment, this garment cannot be returned.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be inspected and the refund processed. Your refund will be paid back to the original payment method and a confirmation email will be sent once processed.

Acler will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items on return shipping.  We suggest items are sent back by registered post with tracking.

AfterPay purchases are subject to our standard returns policy. Once we receive your return, AfterPay will process the refund and any payments made will be refunded. AfterPay is available for Australian orders only.

Please be advised that the Acler e-Boutique does not offer returns or exchanges on any sale/discounted or pre-order items. We may authorise a change of size on pre-order, only if available. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.

REFUNDS

 

All accepted refunds are applied to the original card or account of purchase. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this. The total amount of the purchase will be refunded less shipping charges.

AfterPay purchases are subject to our standard returns policy. Once we receive your return, AfterPay will process the refund and any payments made will be refunded. AfterPay is available for Australian orders only.

 

EXCHANGE

 

We do not accept exchanges through our online store. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing a new order within 14 days of the original order date for the item you would like to purchase, and returning the existing merchandise for a full refund to our online store using returns form provided. This is not valid on sale items.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

 

We apologise for any inconvenience a faulty garment may cause and will refund at our discretion for any items deemed faulty. Please fill out the returns form enclosed in your order and please ensure to write the description of the fault on the returns form. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Both the cost of the item plus shipping will be refunded should an item be deemed by us as faulty.

 

DISCOUNT CODES

Please note only one discount code can be used at one time per transaction.
